JAVIER ARCENILLAS was selected among 223 projects submitted to this third edition of the Biennial's Grant.  His LATIDOAMERICA (AMERICA BEAT) project is an bold series about the violence in Latin America.

The high quality of both fine art and documentary projects led us to shortlist a large number of projects.
